The "Cant' find SSNL" error appear when the launcher cant connect to the serverlist. So, something in the URL is wrong. Test your URL to serverlist.en, if its works and still that error appear, change the folder to server/serverlist.en. Not tera/server/serverlist.en or web/server/serverlist.en...
