Ok then I ported this build onto a Server 2019 box with 32GB of ram still had to make some tweaks to get things to run smoothly, but works pretty well.

Trying to send message and read messages and I am getting this error 503 Service Unavailable The server is temporarily busy, try again later!

Yes exactly change the sa account to a new security account and change pass

All I see are SQL bak (backup) files no mssql connection string configuration files ?
