I think he's trying to say that his hotel keeps being hacked. He buyed his CMS clearly for money. The guy that selled the CMS has a hotel too, and he's saying also that the leak is in IIS. Also, he ain't english..

Make sure you did cleared your cache. And added de swfs from the meubis to your swf-folder
