Actually it's a fresh clean install by me (from about 6 months ago) any time ive ever tried setting up 343's server with 1.5.1 the var/www never works. but that's fine. There are always workarounds. :P

Thanks a bunch! It was under opt/lampp/htdocs For some reason my server didn't come with a var/www directory and I made a new one, but any files I upload to it don't appear in my browser. Which is fine. I assume I can just change things around in here how I want and go from there. Thanks again!

I was messing around with my server after not turning it on in over 6 months and randomly came across this. I'm using 343's release with the 1.5.1 version and I cannot for the life of me find these anywhere in the release... Does anyone know the location of these files? I'd like to do some...

try stuffing things into configs.pck like some do when models gets too full. pretty sure theres a way to compress files to be smalled/make them fit under the 2gb limit like in 1.5 but I havent played around enough with 1.5 to be 100% on that

I'm having a bit of an issue/have a few questions. I've never encoutered this problem before and my search results arent really turning up any good answers. Basically when I edit elements.data on 1.3.1, 1.3.6, or 1.5.1 it causes my GS to crash and the map wont start. The logs basically says...

The chance of someone having these files are very likely (Simply due to the content I saw from those videos)... BUT getting someone to Upload/Share them is a slim to none chance sadly. I'd LOVE to get ahold of those. They look amazing.

I'm having a little trouble myself, mostly to do with my ports, since switching to my new internet service provider I have 0 access to my ports. Kind of annoying to be perfectly honest. Fixed my issues~ 343, <3 you. you're amazing.

That's what I meant. I'm not interested in the servers files, I'm only interested in the client side. Speaking of which, I found a copy, from like.. umpteen years ago. So if a mod wants to lock/delete this, feel free~!

So, I take it the specificubuntu version only pertains to your release and not the other releases / new versions? I've got original beastie files that I might want to toy with and that's the reason I asked. :o
