Are there issues with the Plus Emu on RetroRipper?

I checked them and they all look fine to me, do you mind taking a look? A second set of eyes is always better. I also tried with a completely clean External texts(All my files are from retro ripper) and it still didn't work.

I have no errors in the logs and no errors in developer console, I'm completely baffled on what could be causing this issue, anyone know the fix? ---- It seems to be happening due to the loading furni, I'm not sure what's causing this issue.
