Try adding a render inbetween the C4Ds and blur them - and sharpen the focal. It'd give you a pretty nice depthy result.

Mmm.. It looks ok, I'm not really a fan of that style, I like it more abstract and "wild" effects - but it's not bad. I'll give it a 6/10.
