guys i need help with the following

1. changing the spawn rate of monsters.
2. Summoning any monster of my choice(as i am the gm/admin)
3. changing the drop rate of skills/items

thx about the drop rate i am investigating about the drop.....

i would like to know how to change the monster spawn rate
and summoning any monster of my choice
