[RELEASE] Latest EO Server Files (Legion Fix, Castles, Supports Latest Clients etc.)

Our chinese friend pfj511 has shared knowledge, this release has all major issues resolved.
Legions problem seems to be in mysql we use, server was designed for mysql 4.0, mysql 4.1 and mysql 5.x seem to have compatibility problems with EO server.

this release fixes(for latest original english client):

PK system
Monster/Player names
Family war
Adds ability of building the castle(not verified)
offline training now works
and many more!

Be sure that you test it, and don't forget to replace your database files..
files:

You must be registered to see links

- msgserver, accserver, npcserver (accserver and msgserver exes are different, all other is the same as in phdev release)

You must be registered to see links

- mysql 4.0

You must be registered to see links

- database files(do not replace your account directory to have access)

Forcer thanks for the new links but i got a problem with the new acc acount i transferd the new files to the old acc server folder and overwrote all i go to laod the new acc server and it goes to kenil int ok then comes up saying program error and closes and comes up encounterd error send or don't send i have'nt downloaded the mysql 4 yet or the new database files doin it now plz help!

lol same i even downloaded wampserver with mysql 4.0 and i changed around the account to see if it worked and it wnt let me go on the command prompt and even if i transfer new account and my go to enter the first account with grant all and it says error because the command is 2 new lmao if u cud get a code then i may be able to do but at the mo gunna go bak to the other u only need this to get legions to work so lol

I have read the post in pvpers forum and this is actualy a blend of CO and Eudmons he calls it a game called ( MY )

To fix the database error, you must change some config files by doing this (you'll get an error if you try to start the login server without doing these changes!) :

***Considering your root database password is test

1. Go to the ACCServer folder then open account.ini
2. Replace the line 3 (LOGINNAME=test) with LOGINNAME=root
3. Save&Close account.ini
4. Open config.ini (still in ACCServer folder)
5. Replace the line 7 (LOGINNAME = test) with LOGINNAME = root
6. Replace the line 13 (DBUSER=test) with DBUSER=root
7. Save&Close config.ini
8. Open AuthorizeDB.cfg (ACCServer folder)
9. Replace the line 1 (127.0.0.1 test test account.....) with 127.0.0.1 root test account account name password id
10. Replace the line 3 (127.0.0.1 test 378b243e220ca493 account) with 127.0.0.1 root 378b243e220ca493 account
11. Save&Close AuthorizeDB.cfg
12. Open gameserver.cfg (ACCServer folder)
13. Replace the file content with the following : 1000 1 127.0.0.1 root test my
14. Save&Close gameserver.cfg
15. Browse to GameServer folder
16. Open config.ini
17. Replace the line 20 (DB_USER = test) with DB_USER = root
18. Save&Close config.ini
19. Open shell.ini
20. Replace the line 13 (DB_USER = test) with DB_USER = root
21. Replace the line 24 (LOGINNAME = root) with LOGINNAME = root
22. Save&Close shell.ini
23. Launch the server in the following order : mysql, 9AccServerTPA.exe, MSG2.291.exe, NPC_Server_Release1.338.exe

Server tested and successfully working with latest client, as forcer said.
Reply if there is any other problem.

nope, this is not any blend, it's pure eudemons online, he just didn't realised the english name for this game..

Does the account server simply show an error then close?

If yes, then follow my guide I posted, two posts ago...

If its client-sided (connection to server is interrupted, blablabla...), don't forget to change the server name in your oem.ini to

no.... i did that before i read your guide lol..... its a mscvr.dll.... seems on my other computer is ntdll.dll so my guess is it was compiled on windows 2000 comp with the new things they added because im usin both media center and xp....

Works Great ,Thanks for the guide Tarouka. I started it right up and even ran all my batch files to it and they worked great . lordvladek are you talking about the DB error you get when the Acc server starts up ?? if so I get that also and just hit ok and it still runs

not talkin bout a db error lol.... tells me server cant connect on socket 9958

EDIT: mmm i take that back now just cant get the msg server to connect to it keep gettin some db log configuration error....

I followed all the directions he gave us in the post previously. Finally after installing sql 4.1 sucess. Havn't had much time yet to go through and test alot but I do know on my end the client crashes when going to the training center. Will let you know more when tested.
