3rd Job - Yes or No.

Should a Midrate Server use 3rd job?

Like, if the server has balanced 1o1?


And please don't say all time 1o1 is boring..3rd job is too.

I think 3rd job is good only problem is that every server that has 3rd job never thinks of balancing exp from mobs where 3rd is the most effective. That's why ppl tend to reach high lvl in such short time.
