about port forward and failed to connect

1st, i failed to connect on my server.. im a sql user and when i log in, i stuck up at the log in screen.. on the cmd prompt shows
"GM clairepot logged in AID/CID 2000001/15001" something like that and after a few seconds,
"GM clairepot has logged out"

well.. i really dunno what to do about this...

and about port forward,

can i port forward ip 127.0.0.1?

coz i have no router and i just use my phone to access internet...
i need help
please...
