i cant figure it out why this happening to my server can anyone help me with this error

So basically, you passed the login server and just can't connect to the char server or map server? which one. Please provide more details so I can help you.

as u can see on the screenie i can enter till server select after that failed to connect..

then you misconfigured your char-server. Check it and make sure you are using WAN IP on all IP configs and ports are correct.

try use localhost or 127.0.0.1

make sure u use clientinfo.xml not sclientinfo.xml

im using clientinfo someone said that i need to configure it also in mmo.h and recompile can u help me with that

You just need to put the client date on mmo.h
Check the Tutorials section and there's a step by step guide on how to setup properly a ragnarok server.

1.maybe his client is reading clientinfo.xml not sclientinfo.xml

2.he forgot to recompile the client's date on src/common/mmo.h

3.not using WAN IP either 127.0.0.1

4.firewall is on
