I'm new and I don't quite understand how the "}}}}[[[[[{{{{}}}}" works
Someone please help!

Try using a code editor rather than what appears to be notepad, it might give some clues as to what the "}}}}}[[[[[[}}}}}" are there for.
The file is .json so uses the JSON data format. Learn about it here

Otherwise a online JSON viewer would also work.
