Adding Items to DB errors !

After i serached and seen all the theared there and tried all the ways even when i try to add the items i still can't send the added items to database and if i could i can't wear it or use it ,,,
any ideas !?

Excecute this query in MSSQL

UPDATE dbo.tblAvatarItemDesc
SET fdCanUse='True'

Then go to tblAvatarItemDesc and execute.
