I want to create an avatar out of this GIF, however I don't know how to without ruining the GIF. So could someone help me out.

Noticed the one fallenfate created jittered because some frames had been moved and wasn't generic aspect ratio of what forums usually use as avatar size. I don't like that so meh, why not.
