Your application is fairly decent, however that is about the only thing you have going for you here. After a quick review of your posts it appears that all of your contributions but 1 were released over a year ago, and you have no recent contributions besides the 1 you posted right before you made this application. I also don't really see you helping too many people out.

It appears you just recently came back about 4 weeks ago according to your posts, so I would've highly recommended that you wait to post your application until you get settled back in for at least a few months. During that time help as many people out as you can, make as many contributions as you can and be generally active and ready to take the helpful initiative. Goodluck.

I've read your last 3 comments on the applications posted last week, and you keep mentioning that Moderators should contribute and it's a huge part of their job. Let me say this. As far as I'm aware of, your last release were made 18-12-11 to the Gunz section. I might be wrong, but actively releasing shouldn't be a requirement for becoming a moderator. If that's how it works, A LOT of the current moderators should just be fired right away. I personally can't remember last time the moderators of the flyff section released something. In fact, it must be years ago.

Don't get me wrong here, I agree in most things you say. Even that they should contribute to their section by releasing things and having knowledge enough to help out members. But once their moderators it never happens. Therefore, it shouldn't be a requirement. As far as I can see, knowing the rules and making sure members follow it is their main duty. I still think though, that moderators should post actively, especially on help thread. But they doesn't necessarily have to make releases.

I'm reffering to the following posts:

But all in all, activity is important, and the key on becoming a moderator. Plus you should actively contribute answering help threads. Releasing stuff? Not a requirement. ( Unless it actually is, I'll swallow my word... But shame on the moderators in most sections.. )

Funny, because I'm not a moderator of the Gunz section. I moderate Evolution sections, completely different than MMORPG sections. Also, I never said you HAVE to contribute, I just expressed how important it is.

So important that Dan saw fit to make a completely separate thread expressing how adamant it is.

I wouldn't know what you moderate. Nonetheless, I'm talking about a overview here. Not many moderators contribute with releases to their MMORPG section, as far as I've seen. Some do, of course. But there ain't that many. ( Some don't even help out answering help threads. )

You pretty much said you HAVE to do so. "Basically required", goes under the term that you pretty much have to. I quote.
Moderator's are required to be active and helpful in the section(s) they are moderating, and if it is a game section it is highly recommended (basically required) that you contribute releases as-well.

As for Dan's post, he's saying to contribute. That doesn't necessarily mean releases. Contribution could be anything from being active, helping out with help threads, come with good suggestion on improvement and further development. You're putting it a way where releasing stuff is a requirement, when it's obviously not.
For a even better chance, actually contribute to the section you are applying for.
