So I got it yesterday and I can't get past the first loading splash intro poop.. it just freezes.. sometimes crashes.

Any ideas? Don't say google because I've tried.

And I don't want to reinstall just yet... since apparently that hasn't worked for some.

Using win7 64bit, latest nvidia driver.. os fully updated.
