So Im use to hand drawing, And I cant find any pencils around :S
So I was playing around in paint and I decided to try and draw my friend, Here is my result:

I do plan to add shading but this is it for now.

its Nice But At the right eye is kinda squinty and at the bottom lid it the eye is like outside of it

You should be using illustrator if you have it, its pro for vector graphics.
