How to fix water map 1 Akkan. (use plugin go.dll)

It does not appear to be referencing the water shader and or texture files. Are there any texture errors when loading in? If not you're missing a reference file to the Shader. I recall some RYL1 clients having a text file referencing the shader, but I can't remeber fully if this is the case.
