I guess it's not the full code of your error because this is probably MySQL or string error. Copy and paste full error code that appears on your webpage and when does this happen.

You can also make the files chmof 777 (with your ftp programm).
The map install and its files.
Don't forget to change the chmod to 644 after installation.
