cannot load character info

lol, its been so long since ppl use mir section xD.. btw, i need a help for my server using ls3g server.. it cannot load character information.. and when i creat character, type in the name and the click the confirm button, nothing happened.. all ips, database name are already check without any mistake.. can anybody tell me where i missed?tt1:
