Can't run server! "error connect DB" ! Please help

I bought a 3 CD set of JXonline. Follow the instructions from the CD.
When running the JX Server Startup file, it gave "error connect DB" message (same thing happened when running Sword3PaySys.exe manually) . MS SQL server is on, IP address is correct (10.0.0.100). database account "sa" has correct password "congaco". Firewall disabled. Can't think of any reason that cause this problem.

Could someone help me with this. Thank you vary much.

U use the minhdang serve huh ?U need change IP at the Loopback.I think u config wrong this IP.And u need to delete the password at SQlserve at you config in 5 link

Check you MSSQL.
