Let me know if you got it to work for you bro. I really want to try it out. I got

-bash: wget: command not found after putting full link.

"wget" is an appliance that lets you download from a url.
"curl" is a similar appliance

"rpm" is the "Redhat Package Manager" it installs/removes other appliances
you use it just like he typed it

"rpm -iUvh pgdg-redhat93-9.3-3.noarch.rpm"

since it looks like you dropped it in your root folder it should work from there.
