Ciao, I wanna study how to do a translate mod for the Korean server

I'm playing the original Korean Az LaTale game, but it is displayed with korean, so I wanna know, can I try to change all of those text in ldt files from korean to english to make this game displayed in english for play?

If I wanna do that, is there a guild or steps how I can achieve this?
