where is the Clubset Ids?

Like all the others IDS : in the iff files oo;

iff file is in the game pak. You need to unpak it 1st then you'll see pangya_th.iff (or pangya_??.iff depend on which client file you unpak).
change .iff --> .zip then extract it you'll see many .iff files.
one you look is in "clubset.iff"

anyway, if you need only clubIDs try this
