They have no info about the planned features or code what so ever.

You should add some more information about what you have already done, what is left to do, your plan on continuing developing this cms of yours. Are you using mysql, mysqli, pdo and what's the features of the cms?

What is the specs so far? what do you plan to do next? any snippets? do you use any framework? PDO or MySQLi? Object Oriented? Please, provide more informations. I really think this thread is unacceptable.
