does anyone know how to make a round canvas on cs2

i need to make a round canvas so i can make a dvd design for my art project, but i don know how to lol, so if someone could tell me that would be great

Start with a big 600x600,
Then get the circle tool out and make the circle, how ever big you want it.
Then crop it, that should work.
