Drop rate balacning

hello , sorry i will waste 1 min of ur time , i just want to make somebody tell me how i can balanace the drop rates
like these percetnages and what does it depend on , and tho? thnx

already saw it , but , cant understand exactly , whats 100 and 200 and so , i know it is the percantage of drops , but what is it based on? just randomly ?

(group (index 5268) (item (100 251) (200 252) (300 253) (400 254) (1000 255)))

100 = 10% droprate
200 - 100 = 100 thats mean it is 10% droprate
300 - 200 = 100 thats mean it is 10% droprate
400 - 300 = 100 thats mean it is 10% droprate
1000 - 400 = 600 thats mean it is 60% droprate
