Droprates

Much like everyone else im trying to work on a server however im completely oblivious as to what im doing, certain variables i dont understand in the sql spawn codes and such, however right now im more less interested in manipulating the drop rates, through reading another page i think i knocked down my db drop rate to 3, however i still need to knock down quality drops, mets and + stones. Any ideas?
