I dont have a friend code because I'm using an emulator because I couldn't find my thingy to add more stuff for my r4 so I'll be using a DS until I find one/buy one/buy the actuall real thing ;D

I got the emulator edition too, its okay, same region, same kind of story to it only difference is that you encounter a different last pocket monster.

Well, in the past few years in pokemon, they've gone from knowing of only 151 pokemon for thousands of years. The smack bam! There's now 493. That's one hell of a jump.

I doubt I'll buy it as it looks exactly the same as Diamond/Pearl but with like 1 new feature, the new Girantina(?). Please post to tell me if anything interesting has been added! I might consider buying if there's like 10/20 points.

Actually It is a bit different than Diamond/Pearl.

Comes out on 22nd May.
If you go into game you can get Shaymin downloaded for Pearl or Diamond.
I wish I still had my DS. :]

Being going down hill since the release of yellow. Anyone who is old enough to have played Red/Blue knows they were easily the best.

I've actually noticed a few differences between pearl;

Interface is slighty revamped
New images for all the pokemon (different poses etc)
The Gym puzzles have been altered
New Graphics in certain areas
The WiFi Online Pokemon trade thing has been improved
Also the new area, but that was a pretty obvious addition

I don't know how much of it I'll be able to play, cause I seriously raped pearl... but as it stands my team is;

Quilava - 33
Wartortle - 25
Luxray - 30
Bagon - 21

3 Gym badges
Seen 60 I think, obtained about 10


and Rob, I totally agree, red was amazing... although I have to admit, because I played red then played absolutely none of the ones in-between, pearl was amazing for me.
