Lookslike VM use static IP 192.168.200.100 .Change the VM machine Network adapter to Host only and set you your VMWare Host adapter network 192.168.200.1. If everything is work you can ping the client machine on 192.168.200.100
Client is set to use 192.168.200.100 too.
