Edit Population From The Admin Panel? TravianZ-by-Shadow-master

Hi dears friends of ragezone, today i have one problem, i want edit the users population from the admin panel, but this is not integrated in the admin system panel, and i want if somebody can help me to insert in the admin panel one link to edit the user population? I would like to change rather than "recount" to edit the population.

I dont like enter to phpmyadmin for change the users population i want make this from the admin panel, but in the admin panel say "recount" and i dont want recount i want "edit population"

please help me!!!
