Cash is for example using Treachery's Premium shop, when you
add cash by my ControlPanel you can use that cash for his shop
^^

Plus, i calculate 1-2 weeks for the other version.

Updating a bit what's done till now of V1.2
-Design.
-Character class detect.
-Administrators can add cash to normal Accounts.
-The Account Search now works with Characters too.
-Administrators can send items to the players.

To add:
-Administrator can ban from their panel.
-Adding a way for normal users to contact Gm's/Administrator's.

Not sure if i will add:
-Game Masters will have their own panel (Different to Administrator Panel)

Its your web server configuration, plus try using ControlPanel v1.2

PS: Click on the wamp icon, click phpmyadmin and edit to activate the function mssql_connect() , it isnt a Panel error.
