Mangos Elementals bug?

because I get these two elemental fire and surging :s, do not understand that I must change, are rife in several maps. The map is infested ogrimmar, any help?:/:

I don't understand, elementals are infesting maps? All maps or just Ogrimmar?

Are you using a repack or a clean compile?
