Error during the patching

hi.. i downloaded the raglite thing and sakary and
when i double click the ragnarok to patch i get this
ragnarok.exe error and i have to restart the program and when i do it
all the patches i already downloaded is erased and i have to redownload them again
is it due to raglite?
please help -_-;
