EU client 1.65 quest problem

Has anyone else come across this yet? Started the Dead End Street quest on my localhost and no enemies were spawning at all. Can't progress in the story like this. Is there a way to get around this situation?

You tried reseting MicroPlay service? that's the one that holds enemy spawns, quests etc

Does succubus queen is too over powered on you server? I have 10k def and 16k m.atk Arisha. She can't stand her two hits. First hit took half hps then I repot then she died in a special hits by her, full hps too. On YouTube gameplay by a player with 11k def can tank her easy. Maybe she is too OP on this TW database?

I'm not even close to that one yet. Just close to finishing the Ainle battles.
