[Fast] Account creation

I'm new at this but the only thing i do not know how to do is create an account using SQL, I don't have the admin tool.

use KOAM

Yea KOAM is good way but careful, it don't check if the acc you wanna create already exists

So check it before creating else you could have 2 acc with the same name... oh now I remember what i wanted to do... trying to make acc name col unique
