Ermm it sounds kinda weird for people but.
1. I can make animated GIFs (See my Signature)
2. But i don't know how to make that background like u...

It seems alright.
Doesn't really have any purpose since theres not much to look at, where as a signature with a render is different.

Animation and Signature work are totally different things.

Yeah that i can understand, that it is different!
