Fixing 4story 3.5 Server Error on Windows 10 64-bit

Do you know how to fix Windows 10 64 bit server working error?
And I added it to ODBC.
When I start the server I get the error 0x80004005.
All servers get the same error.
Does it only work on 32 bit?
The version used is the 3.5 version
Please let me know what is the problem. TnT

make sure you setup the correct odbc.
