It would seem Viacom, Fox, Paramount and Lionsgate are sending Google fake DMCA take down notices to Google, and Google is censoring links to the documentary The Pirate Bay: Away From Keyboard. These movie companies claiming copyright infringement on a movie that they own no rights to and Google is bowing down to their requests and obviously censoring links from crawl bots.

The movie companies have pretty much protected themselves from respite for these fake DMCA notices under the "Error's aren't actionable" clause (Rossi v MPAA, 91 F.3d 1000 (9th Cir. 2004) meaning you can claim copyright infringement on pretty much anything as long as it's a "mistake" if a counter-notice is made.
This is just one more step towards a corporation run government and censorship program we are heading to in the future, not to mention a worldwide censorship based on bylaws and rules set by USA being forced upon other countries.
