This is a guide on howto view the HitPoint of any mob with an EP4 game.exe (for US only, I don't have the game.exe of other clients, or the EP5, if someone would upload those for me, I'll add them too.)
First, you'll need the following:
Go to this address: 004F9494
You should see "JE SHORT 004F94DF", and it should look like this:

All you'd have to do is NOP that out, then save it! After which, you could see the HP of any mob in game, by looking at it's health bar.
*Extra* If you want to limit it to where you can only see the HP if you press H (like to see your FPS), just NOP out the JE SHORT below that one.

If someone uploads/posts their game.exe I'll look into making it viewable for them too. Let me know if you have any problems with this.
