Administrator role:

• Previous experience managing a community
• Be dedicated
• Able to work in a team
• Be able to brainstorm upcoming ideas
• Be motivated
• Born team leader
• Good communication and interactive skills
• Able to commit few' hours per day

Moderator role:

• Previous experience (not necessary)
• Able to work in a team
• Good communication and interactive skills
• Able to commit few' hours per day

Events/Builders role:

• Know your way around wired/room building
• Good communication and interactive skills
• Able to commit few' hours per day
