WZ HaRepacker Error...

I'm trying to make my own NPC, but I keep getting this error.
Steps:

1. I save my WZ File (string.wz) using Harepacker
2. Open it again using Harepacker

MessageBox shows this when I opened the category "Npc.img" in "String.wz": "Unhandled exception has occured in your application. If you click Continue, the application will ignore this error and attempt to continue. If you click Quit, the application will close immediately.

Index was outside the bounds of the array."

Does anybody know if a solution to this problem has become available/known since comply started the thread originally?
