Well, get a graphics card for starters. Then you'll have actual collision checks. This could be something that needs to be rectified for the ANCPServer to actually connect to the Field Server. If not, do the usual connection checking procedures (firewall, ports, etc).

Graphic card will not solve the connection problem, stop saying poop pls...
Check avaible port and/or check IP beetween FieldServer / ANPCServer, if you have knowledge you can check the error into the sources files.

Check the firewall is useless if the private profile has not been setted up.
Check the ip address and port in the global.cfg

There is map.cfg for the NPC Server and amap.cfg for the Arena NPC Server....
The ANPCServer got very few maps to run so make sure they don't overlap with the others...

Btw. this is like the 3rd time this question got asked. I will only keep this because of the useful replies...

Edit: I agree with sami37, the collision problem has nothing to do with this issue. However it was a useful explanation of the logging entry.
