[Help] cant log into server and how to make server no-ip

hey guys sorry for disturbing but can any of you guys help me ? im having problem , when i try to log into server it says "server does not exist" can i have some help?


and my second questions is how to make a server no-ip , do i set the local ips (127.0.0.1) to my no-ip or what ?

do you mean off-line connection?
is that posible to make connection with no ip setup.?
