Firewall - disable it.
Test.

I do Not help with Public IP addresses.

Look Kohn, You cant have someone do the work for yea. You need to find the problem your self and fix it your self.

Thats how you gain experience off all of this. Because what your doing right now. Will not help you when you get this error again.

DNC, Will not be your life support. If you want DNC to help. YOU need to "try" and fix the problem. Then If that doesn't work. And you dont know why... Then you come on here.
