[HELP] How do I use pgAdmin!?

I have pgAdmin, But I need a server up before I can connect to anything...I type my username/password into COfullserver.bat but it still says it's invalid, Is there a way to create a new one?

??? what are u talkin about what bat file???

the config.ini file is what u need and USE THE GUIDES on the forum there is a vid guide somewhere around here

o and when u set up serve and see npc's and stuff not working don't come back and ask for files cuz u will need to code yourself
