[HELP] How to convert XML to WBXML Using PHP?

How to convert XML to WBXML Using PHP? I try to find php function to convert xml to wbxml but i have no found. is there any idea how to convert it using pure php script?

In creating prov for s40, the xml script (i.e containing the ip,port, name.....) must be converted to wbxml before it will work on the phone, i create prov on my pc with this method.
I want tto make an online prov generator,
Anyone knows how to convert xml to wbxml with php?
