Help needed with 4.0.2 Files

Hey all , today i managed to open the server on localhost everithing works fine i allocated 50 Gb Ram ddr 4 at 3122 mhgz , all maps loaded all its great ..

well on the other hand i have these problems

Normal Users cant join the game cuz they dont see the realm ....

can anione help me with a tutorial and editing xlm files for going ONLINE

pls if u can help just make and effort ..
