[Help] No Monsters :(

According to "[Guide] Adding Monsters to the Database",i add monster in my db,
monster:
"4";"Bandit";"201";"32";"817";"1";"0";"0";"1";"81";"89";"0";"0";"2";"10";"1";"5";"35";"1000";"500";"20";"1250";"0";"1";"0";"0";"1";"1"
monsters:
"4";"32";"Bandit";"817";"20";"20";"0";"81";"89";"0"
monsterspawns:
"4";"365";"442";"40";"TwinCity";"371";"448";"4"

but at twincity 365 442,there are nothing~~:wolverine

You must have done something wrong because I wrote the guide as I added the monsters to the database myself and it worked for me. I even double checked the guide.
