Help removing drop item glowing animation

Hey!

I am a bit new in this, and wanted to know if anyone could help me.

I want to remove the glowing animation when an item is dropped on the floor, its like changing opacity or changing its color, if anyone need an example I will attach a video or an image.

Thanks for the help!
